Director of Marketing

Keystone RV Company is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, editors, and multimedia producers, to ensure high-quality output across all projects..  

Duties:

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business objectives
• Collaborate with senior operations, product development team, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for all marketing related projects
• Drive the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Oversee the creation of visual and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, product launches, digital media, and other promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the recreational vehicle, automotive, or consumer good industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, design, and multimedia production
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
