Service Advisor – Customer Service Call Center

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with dealers regarding warranty repairs & labor approvals
  • Providing excellent technical assistance on repairing recreational vehicles
  • Works effectively with dealers in coordinating and fulfilling warranty requirements
  • Works in a team to assure outstanding service to all customers
  • Confidently communicates with customers and dealers regarding RV functionality
  • Communicates with professionalism to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
