Description
We are looking for knowledgeable, motivated and positive applicants to fill a Service Adviser role in our call center.
Position involves working with dealers in approving warranty repairs and providing technical assistance with knowledge on how to repair a recreational vehicle (RV). Customer handling and critical-thinking skills a must. Knowledge of RV functionality important and basic knowledge of windows-based programs.
