Claims Processor – Customer Service

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Keystone RV dealers to successfully and efficiently process claims submitted.
  • Assist Keystone RV dealers with questions regarding claims through phone and email.
  • Compile data related to warranty claims and accurately complete required paperwork.
  • Relate to all customers and dealers with professionalism to assure the highest level of satisfaction
