Keystone RV Company, the largest manufacturer of towable recreational vehicles in North America, has an immediate opening for a full-time Staff Accountant position at the company’s corporate headquarters located in Goshen, IN. Keystone RV has multiple manufacturing facilities across northern Indiana and eastern Oregon. The company operates in a fast paced environment where all disciplines work together as a team to deliver a quality product and unmatchable value to our customers.

Staff Accountant Duties Include:

• Prepare ad hoc, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management
• Assist the accounting department in the monthly financial close process
• Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial statements
• Assist in the observation of Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods inventories
• Provide support as needed for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bill of Materials, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production
• Work closely on projects and tasks with the Corporate Controller, Assistant Controller, and the rest of the Finance & Accounting staff

Staff Accountant Desired Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Associates degree applicants with experience are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and to identify areas for improvement
• Experience in manufacturing and/or wholesale distribution preferred
• Considerable knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, & Word)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP software is a plus
• Must have a positive attitude, must be self-motivated, detailed, organized, and efficient
