Keystone RV is looking for a Product Engineer

Our product engineers work as part of a product development group for one or more of our brands. This group consists of members from all disciplines within the company. They are the sales product manager, purchasing, production, décor, customer service and engineering. Together this group decides how the product will be developed. Each member of the group has input in what goes into the brand.

The job is a full time, 40 plus hour salaried position. This is a fast-paced rewarding position. You will not be stuck at a desk churning out drawings all day long. You are a member of the team that makes the decisions for the brand!

Keystone has never laid off an engineer during slow times.

Product Engineer’s responsibilities include:

• Produces and maintains all production drawings.
• Specifies parts that go into each floor plan.
• Works closely with the sales product manager creating new floor plans or features.
• Works with the production staff on the factory floor to solve problems.
• Follow new floor plan prototypes down the production line.
• Meet with vendors to evaluate new parts.

Job Requirements:

• Prefer 3 – 5 years experience in the recreation industry or similar field.
• Prefer a degree in engineering or commensurate on the job experience.
• Must be familiar with 2D AutoCAD software or similar.
• SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Prefer Microsoft Office software experience.
• Must work onsite, remote work does not work with our business model.

Training and compensation:

• Keystone RV will provide 3-6 months of training to familiarize you with Keystone RV engineering standards and RV construction.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience and is very competitive with engineering positions across the nation, regardless of the industry.
