Retail Advisor – Customer Service Call Center
Responsibilities
- Provides outstanding service to all customers
- Confidently answers direct retail customer inquiries
- Creatively works with the customers and dealers to resolve service issues
- Directs retail customers to service locations
- Has general knowledge of the product and is able to find appropriate resources
- Identifies the root causes of customer issues and provides assurance of corrective action
- Follows up with the customer to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Professionally and calmly De-escalates emotional customers
