Retail Advisor – Customer Service Call Center

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding service to all customers
• Confidently answers direct retail customer inquiries
• Creatively works with the customers and dealers to resolve service issues
• Directs retail customers to service locations
• Has general knowledge of the product and is able to find appropriate resources
• Identifies the root causes of customer issues and provides assurance of corrective action
• Follows up with the customer to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Professionally and calmly De-escalates emotional customers
