Description
Keystone RV, a leading manufacturer of towable fifth wheels and travel trailers based in Goshen, Indiana is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk employee to join its IT department. Qualified applicants must have a working knowledge of, and the ability to troubleshoot, the following programs: Windows 7 & 10, Office 2007-2013, including the mapping of printers, anti-virus, and Adobe products.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX is desired but not required. The Help Desk employee will be working directly with end users to help troubleshoot their PC’s.
Candidates should thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to efficiently prioritize projects and complete assignments in a timely manner.
