Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products through an established dealer network
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential dealers
- Effectively communicate dealer expectations and work diligently with the dealer to achieve expected outcomes
- Assist in the marketing of Dutchmen brands and features to dealers and retail customers
- Achieve agreed upon monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and outcomes
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze markets throughout North America to identify and capture new dealer partners for Dutchmen products
- Willingness to travel and participate in retail shows to sell Dutchmen products to the retail customer/end user
- Supply management with reports on dealer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent sales experience
