Description
Keystone RV is looking for a Customer Success Specialist. This person will be a member of the Marketing team and will be entirely focused on customer satisfaction. This position will be responsible for administering owner satisfaction tools, monitoring satisfaction and implementing processes and procedures to improve.

Success in this job will be measured by:
  • Customer retention
  • Improvements in customer satisfaction scores
  • Improvemen in third party ratings (i.e. Google reviews)

Responsibilities
  • In-person follow-up with Keystone RV owners
  • Manage customer reviews for follow-up and publishing
  • Facebook community management - respond to positive comments and potential sales leads, forwarding leads to Key Connect team members
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys, supervise data collection. Analyze and make recommendations
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service attitude
  • Strong and enthusiastic communication skills
  • Good writing and grammar skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in analytics and data management
  • Direct mail management experience preferred
  • Experience in the RV industry preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
