Keystone RV Company, the largest manufacturer of towable recreational vehicles in North America, has an immediate opening for a full-time Finance Manager position in Goshen, IN. Keystone RV has over 40 manufacturing plants located across northern Indiana and Pendleton, Oregon. The company’s corporate offices are located in Goshen, Indiana. The company operates in a fast paced environment where all disciplines work together to deliver a quality product to our customers.

Finance and Audit Manager Duties Include:

• Document, implement and maintain an adequate and efficient internal control framework
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audit engagements throughout the year
• Assist in the monthly financial close process including account reconciliations, account activity review and analysis, and posting general journal entries
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual comparative financial statements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for senior management

Finance and Audit Manager Desired Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 2-5 years of accounting experience required, CPA or CIA is preferred
• Technical accounting experience with US GAAP including ability to conduct research, identify the most practical application of compliance requirements, and present the solution to senior management
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and to identify areas for improvement
• Experience in manufacturing and/or wholesale distribution preferred
• Considerable knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, & Visio)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or other ERP software is a plus
• Must be self-motivated, detailed, organized, efficient, and have a positive attitude
