Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicates with employees and management on Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Conducts or helps with new employee orientation
• Performs a variety of administrative duties including preparing correspondence, memos and reports, documentation and filing.
• Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills with a positive approach
• FMLA/ADA leaves and accommodations

Human Resources Generalist Requirements and Qualifications

• Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
• Excellent computer skills, Excel, ADP and record keeping
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks
• One to Three plus years of experience in human resources positions preferred
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices, FMLA and ADA experience a plus
