We are looking a for Retail Advisor in our Call center.
Responsible for handling direct retail customer inquiries. Involves helping customers and dealers resolve service issues, directing retail customers to service locations, de-escalating difficult customers, good organization and follow-up skills. Customer handling and critical thinking skills, typing 35 or more words per minute and basic knowledge of windows-based programs.
